The Paleo Chef || Review

I received the book "The Paleo Chef" by Pete Evans and I certainly did not know what I was going to expect with this. It is a recipe book full of recipes made for the Paleo diet. More and more people are learning more about the Paleo diet and the benefits and discovering the health benefits of it. This book brings interesting recipes far from your basics. Gluten free, grain free, dairy free brought to restaurant style quality.

By using more protein such as soft boiled egg you are delivering your body more muscle. By eating more seafood, such as shrimp, muscles, and fish, you're closing in on all that bulk fating part of your daily eating habits. Vegetables including asparagus, colorful peppers, and spices such as curry powder and saffron are bringing a healthy spice to your life! :)
This soup looks and sounds AMAZING!!!!!

This book helped me find a healthy way of replacing starchy rice. Pulsating cauliflower? Yep. I would have never thought of that!! And how perfect to swap that rice in my daughters meal to get a veggie in her body! I definitely think this book has brought new view to my thoughts on eating. and It definitely gave me a few "tips" too! It is hard cover. Both the front & back are appealing to me which is what Kinda caught my attention in the first place. I would recommend anyone looking for a pretty healthy diet or just a few new meals to throw into the mix. I'm a slaw kind of woman and I seen a few different sides that look like a slaw type just in a international style in which I have no problem in trying. I LOVE SUSHI so i am gonna more then likely like most of these recipes.
